What do I need to rent a car?

The driver must hold a valid driving license issued by a European Union country or a valid international driving license, held for at least one (1) year prior to the rental date. A minimum of one (1) year driving experience is required (three (3) years for Quad Bikes). Motorbikes require a valid motorcycle license. In addition to their license, the driver must also provide proof of identity (Valid ID card or Passport).

How old do I need to be to rent a car?

The driver must be at least 21 years old (23 years old for Quad Bikes) and no older than 77 years.

How can I pay for my rental vehicle?

We accept payment by debit card, credit card (VISA & Mastercard) or  cash.

How much does it cost to rent a car?

The cost of renting a car depends on a variety of factors, including the type of vehicle, the rental location, the duration of the rental, and any additional services or fees. It's best to check with the online booking system to get an accurate estimate.

Do I need to return the car with a full tank of gas?

All fuel expenses are the responsibility of the renter. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of collection. In case of return with less fuel, the renter will be charged the difference at market price. Any excess fuel remaining in the vehicle is non-refundable.

What happens if I get into an accident with the rental car?

Your Health and safety is paramount. If you require ambulance assistance, please call (+30) 166. In the event of an accident, please contact us immediately. Wait in a safe position at the scene for traffic police arrive. The renter is required to complete a police report and provide a copy to our office; otherwise, the insurance will be deemed void. The phone number for the Police is (+30) 100.

Can I pick up and drop off the car at different locations?

Vehicle delivery and collection from airports, ports, hotels, and other locations is available upon request. Deliveries or collections within 10 km of the office are free of charge. Locations outside this radius are charged at 0.50€ per kilometre, with a minimum charge of 10€. Deliveries and collections at airports and ports incur a fixed fee of 25€. Deliveries/collections outside office hours (23:00–08:00) incur an additional charge, agreed at the time of booking. Booking times and locations are subject to telephone confirmation with our office by the renter.

Can I rent a car for a long-term or monthly basis?

We offer long-term or monthly rentals, which can be more cost-effective than renting for shorter periods. Be sure to check with our office for our long-term rental options and requirements.

What happens if I return the car late?

The vehicle must be returned at or before the agreed time and date, and at the agreed location. Late returns will be charged at the maximum daily rate. Any changes must be confrmed by telephone with our office by the renter as early as possible, and remain subject to approval and availability.

Can I add additional drivers to my rental agreement?

Additional drivers may be added to your rental agreement, provided they also hold a valid driving license and identification. There is a once off fee of 10€ for each additional driver. Any driver not named in the agreement, is not covered by insurance.
